By accessing or using the website at frontporchcohousing.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.

Front Porch Cohousing, Inc. ("Front Porch Cohousing," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio clips, and software — is the property of Front Porch Cohousing, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

PORCH℠ is a service mark of Front Porch Cohousing, Inc., currently pending registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The PORCH℠ mark represents a proprietary framework for developing Neuroinclusive Planned Communities. Unauthorized use of the PORCH℠ mark, the Front Porch Cohousing name, or any associated logos — including in connection with housing development, community planning, or disability services — without prior written consent from Front Porch Cohousing, Inc. is strictly prohibited.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

4. Donations

Donations made through the Site are processed by our payment processor and managed through Bloomerang, our donor management platform. All donations to Front Porch Cohousing, Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Front Porch Cohousing, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; our federal tax identification number is available upon request.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Housing or Services Guarantee

Information on the Site about our communities, housing model, and development pipeline is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, reservation, or guarantee of housing availability, pricing, or timeline. Front Porch Cohousing is the housing provider; all support services for residents are provided exclusively by third-party support agencies selected by residents and their families. Front Porch Cohousing does not provide licensed support services.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement of the linked site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FRONT PORCH COHOUSING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRONT PORCH COHOUSING, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
