The Three Ways to Partner
Not every business is in a position to make a four-year commitment right now. Front Porch Cohousing offers three partnership pathways, all of which qualify for the NAP/SPP credit:
Founding Sponsor
Limited Spots$25,000/year for four years ($100,000 total). Permanent walkway inscription. Limited to 10 Pennsylvania CEOs.
Community Builder
$10,000–$24,999 one-time or multi-year commitment. Named recognition in the community center and on the website.
Neighbor Sponsor
Any contribution amount. Recognition on the donor wall and in the annual impact report.
What Happens After May 29
After May 29, the NAP/SPP application window closes for FY2026–27. Businesses that have not applied will need to wait until the next fiscal year to take advantage of the 90% credit. The Founding Sponsor program will remain open, but the tax credit opportunity for this cycle will be gone.
